  • Incorrect items received that do not match your order specifications.

Return Shipping

If your refund request is approved, you may be required to return the item(s) at your expense. Please ensure that items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

Please note that custom-made orders and clearance items are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, products that have been altered or modified cannot be returned.
